TMG will develop a Telecommunications
Organizational and Strategic Plan (TOSP) for your organization. The
TOSP will detail planned technological enhancements for a period of
five to ten years.
An Organization-wide communications needs assessment and management
requirements study will be conducted and documented. Furthermore,
the communication needs of your company will be projected for five
to ten years to come. Interviews conducted during the initial study
will also address future needs of the company from a telecommunications
management standpoint, as well as the integration of your company's
resources. Written surveys may be performed, if needed. Survey forms
will be tailored to your individual organizational departments. The
information gathered previously will be used in analysis of the present
and future management and integration needs of your company.
